Does my partner need to pay for Plus too?
No. One Plus subscription unlocks Plus for both of you, automatically.
Is Toffee & Bao a dating app?
No. It isn't for meeting new people. It's a couples app for two people who are already together, however you met: on a dating app, at college, at work or anywhere else.
Is it only for long distance couples?
Not at all. It's for every moment you can't be together: a busy workday, different shifts, a trip with friends, or a whole different time zone. Hugs, moods and heartbeats reach your partner's phone wherever they are. And when you are together, Date Mode helps you both put your phones down.
Is it on iPhone?
We're starting on Android. If you'd like an iPhone version, tell us. It helps us decide what to build next.
Who can see our memories and photos?
Only you and your partner. There's no public profile, no feed and no way for anyone else to join your space.
What happens if we unpair?
Your shared memories are kept for 30 days in case you change your mind. Pair up again within that time and everything comes back. After that, they're deleted for good.
What if their phone is off when I send a hug?
It waits for them. They'll see it the next time they open the app.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile and tap Delete account. You can also follow the steps on our delete account page.
